Functional structure and equipment of automobile rain test room

2.1 Pipeline:

2.2. Nozzle:

Adopting adjustable plastic nozzles. The spray state is a solid conical shape with a cone angle of 60 degrees. Spray angle, the top nozzle is perpendicular to the horizontal plane, and the nozzle design complies with national standards. The nozzle is arranged in a grid pattern, with no blank areas within the spraying area. The nozzle can be adjusted appropriately according to the spraying angle. According to the design basis, 6 spray nozzles are arranged in the rain room with a horizontal and vertical spacing of 400mm, totaling 850 spray nozzles. The distance between the nozzle and the corresponding exterior surface of the vehicle is 700mm on the roof, 620mm on both sides, and there is no movable nozzle.
